Thermoelectric coolers of MC04 Series represent our solid and reliable "classic" TECs.  MC04 Series is based on regular TEC assembly technology with ~150elements/cm2 pellets placement density.  MC04 Series is technologically close to MC06 Series, but consists of smaller TECs, cause it's based on smaller pellets cross-section.  3-stage thermoelectric coolers in MC04 Series have cold side dimensions from 2.5 x 2.5mm2   up to 4.0 x 4.0mm2 .  MC04 TEC Series is universal by application focus with many surface options and terminal connection configurations.  All thermoelectric coolers are assembled using RoHS compliant Sn-Sb solder with a melting temperature Tmelt=230ºC.  Thermoelectric coolers of MC04 Series meet Telcordia GR-486 standard requirements.  Wide range of TEC manufacturing options is available.  The standard and most common 3-stage types from our MC04 Series are listed in the table below.
