Thermoelectric coolers of MC04 Series represent our solid and reliable "classic" TECs.  MC04 Series is based on regular TEC assembly technology with ~150elements/cm2 pellets placement density.  MC04 Series is technologically close to MC06 Series, but consists of smaller TECs, cause it's based on smaller pellets cross-section.  3-stage thermoelectric coolers in MC04 Series have cold side dimensions from 2.5 x 2.5mm2   up to 4.0 x 4.0mm2 .  MC04 TEC Series is universal by application focus with many surface options and terminal connection configurations.  All thermoelectric coolers are assembled using RoHS compliant Sn-Sb solder with a melting temperature Tmelt=230ºC.  Thermoelectric coolers of MC04 Series meet Telcordia GR-486 standard requirements.  Wide range of TEC manufacturing options is available.  The standard and most common 3-stage types from our MC04 Series are listed in the table below. Detailed TEC drawings, 3D models, performance plots and estimations for particular application conditions are provided by request.

MD04 Series

Thermoelectric coolers with the same dimensions as MC04 types,  but based on High-Density (HD) Assembly technology. TEC cooling capacity (Qmax) is up to 60% higher comparing with MC04 TECs with the same size.  Alternatively MD04 Series provides analogs of MC04 TECs by performance, but with smaller dimensions.

MD06 Series

HD Technology alternative to MC06 Series - thermoelectric coolers with the same dimensions, but mean 35% higher cooling capacity.  MD06 TECs can be also a good choice, if you're looking for a thermoelectric cooler smaller than standard MC06 type, but having the same performance.
