Thermoelectric coolers of MC04 Series represent our solid and reliable "classic" TECs.  MC04 Series is based on regular TEC assembly technology with bulk BiTe material.  MC04 Series is technologically close to MC06 Series, but consists of smaller TECs, cause it's based on smaller pellets cross-section.  Single-stage thermoelectric cooler dimensions in MC04 Series vary from 1.6 x 3.2mm2   up to 12.6 x 12.6mm2.  MC04 TEC Series is universal by application focus with many surface options and terminal connection configurations.  All thermoelectric coolers are assembled using RoHS compliant Sn-Sb solder with a melting temperature Tmelt=230ºC.  Thermoelectric coolers of MC06 Series meet Telcordia GR-486 standard requirements.  Wide range of TEC manufacturing options is available.  The standard and most common single-stage types from our MC04 Series are listed in the table below.  Detailed TEC drawings, 3D models, performance plots and estimations for particular application conditions are provided by request.
