Thermoelectric coolers of MC06 Series represent our solid and reliable "classic" TECs.  MC06 Series is based on regular TEC assembly technology with ~100elements/cm2 pellets placement density.  2-stage thermoelectric coolers in MC06 Series have cold side dimensions from from 3.2 x 3.2mm2   up to 8.0 x 8.0mm2 .  MC06 TEC Series is universal by application focus with many surface options and terminal connection configurations.  All thermoelectric coolers are assembled using RoHS compliant Sn-Sb solder with a melting temperature Tmelt=230ºC. Thermoelectric coolers of MC06 Series meet Telcordia GR-486 standard requirements.  Wide range of TEC manufacturing options is available.  The standard and most common 2-stage types from our MC06 Series are listed in the table below. Detailed TEC drawings, 3D models, performance plots and estimations for particular application conditions are provided by request.

MD06 Series

HD Technology alternative to MC06 Series - thermoelectric coolers with the same dimensions, but with about 35% higher cooling capacity.  MD06 TECs can be also a good choice, if you're looking for a thermoelectric cooler smaller than standard MC06 type, but having the same performance.

MC04 Series

Possible alternative to MC06 thermoelectric coolers with the same dimensional range, but another Imax and Umax ratio.  2-stage TECs from MC04 Series have the same technology and dimensions as MC06 types, but lower operating current and higher voltage.
